党支部书记专题培训会的通知
各党总支：
按照《中共重庆广播电视大学委员会关于印发<关于开展“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育的实施方案>的通知》（渝电大委〔2019〕27号）要求，为持续提升党支部书记政治素质和业务能力，扎实开展好“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育，根据党委安排，决定召开党支部书记专题培训会。现将具体事宜通知如下：
一、培训主题
“守初心、担使命，找差距、抓落实”，明确主题教育的总体要求和目标任务。
二、培训对象
全体党支部书记。
三、培训时间和地点
1.培训时间：9月20日（星期五）9:30-16:30；
2.培训地点：合川校区行政楼220会议室。
四、培训内容
1.学习学校“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育实施方案；
2.学习党章党规党史；
3.学习《中共中央关于加强党的政治建设的意见》；
4.学习《中国共产党支部工作条例》。
五、专题测试
培训结束后，就相关内容进行随堂测试，测试成绩将作为支部书记过程考核的重要依据。
六、有关要求
1.请各党总支及时通知参训人员，如有特殊情况需要请假，需以总支为单位报党委组织部备案。
2.支部书记参加培训的考勤情况、课堂表现情况等将作为支部书记过程考核的重要依据。
3.专题培训会前，组织部会根据培训内容发放学习要点，请各参训人员提前进行认真学习，并结合培训相关内容和支部工作实际，作好5-8分钟左右的交流发言准备。
4.各党总支负责报送参加培训的人员名单，请于9月18日下午16:40前报党委组织部。本次培训，原则上不准请假，如果有课的同志，请提前向教务处申请调课。
